PROJECT BACKGROUND:
Curate Coffee & Art is an artisan subscription box created by Nick and Katie Miner, aiming to inspire creative coffee lovers with a unique blend of fresh, curated coffees and beautiful art prints. Each month, the subscription features a new graphic designer, illustrator, or commercial artist, allowing subscribers to build their own rotating art gallery. Additionally, Curate partners with specialty coffee roasters to provide only the best coffee for their community.
MONTHLY FEATURES:
Each month, we created fresh content for Curate Coffee & Art, highlighting the featured artist and roaster. Through blog posts, e-blasts, and social media content, we kept our subscribers informed and engaged, while also reaching new audiences. This consistent effort in producing relevant and exciting content was key to growing our community and reinforcing our mission to inspire creativity and passion.
SOCIAL MEDIA:
With a limited marketing budget, we focused on social media to grow Curate's user base. Our strategy involved building anticipation and keeping everyone informed during the two months leading up to the launch. By partnering with influencers, we successfully gained 50 monthly subscribers in our first month.

EARNED MEDIA:
Earned media plays a crucial role in building credibility and expanding visibility for a brand like Curate Coffee & Art. Through our targeted press release strategy, we successfully secured features in Roast magazine, a highly respected publication in the coffee industry, as well as in multiple local magazines and websites. These earned media placements not only validate our brand's mission but also help us reach a broader audience, driving growth and increasing awareness in both the creative and coffee-loving communities.
